Lauren brings 20+ years of experience in operations, project management, and manufacturing from the DOD industry to multifamily investing. Her organizational and risk-management skills brings value through deal analysis, underwriting, and asset management. She enjoys traveling, biking, martial arts, and spending time in the great outdoors. Lauren grew up in Long Island, New York and holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA and a Masters of Operations Management from University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL.

Jim McSorley

Managing Partner

Jim brings 25+ years of experience with emerging technologies, project management, and corporate IT operations to multifamily investing while also managing single family rentals for 20+ years. Jim is passionate about property acquisition, partnership formation, and tax optimization through creative problem solving and complex deal structures. Jim grew up in eastern Pennsylvania and holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA with a MBA from Rollins College, Winter Park, FL.

Sam Wells

Advisor

Sam and her husband Jon currently own as General Partners over $30+MM in Multifamily assets across 404 doors. They are also Limited Partners in 2866 units across 8 Multifamily assets. Samantha grew up in Savannah, GA and graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Psychology. She worked for years in the recovery industry as the Director of Business Development for a treatment center in Georgia. She’s currently a managing partner and VP of Acquisitions for Legacy Link. Sam helps guide Bison Investor Group in her role as business advisor.
